Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of content development and e-learning platform creation, from planning processes and managing teams to implementation and marketing. They will ensure the integration of creative, technical, and marketing elements to deliver an innovative educational product that meets the needs of the target audience. Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Managing Educational Content Development: • Lead a specialized team to create training content, including: • Educational Content Writer: To develop simplified and interactive learning materials. • Curriculum Coordinator: To organize content into clear and streamlined units. • Multimedia Designer: To create videos, motion graphics, and voiceovers. 2. Overseeing Platform Development: • Collaborate with the technical team to design and develop: • An online training platform (LMS). • An attractive website showcasing the educational services. • Work closely with a UI/UX designer to ensure a smooth and user-friendly learning experience. 3. Managing Digital Marketing: • Oversee the creation and management of social media channels. • Develop marketing plans to attract the target audience. •  • Educational Content Writer: To develop simplified and interactive learning materials. • Curriculum Coordinator: To organize content into clear and streamlined units. • Multimedia Designer: To create videos, motion graphics, and voiceovers. 2. Managing Digital Marketing: • Oversee the creation and management of social media channels. • Develop marketing plans to attract the target audience. • Work with the marketing team to launch effective digital advertising campaigns. 4. Operations Management and General Supervision: • Prepare a comprehensive work plan, including timelines, resources, and required standards. Monitor project execution step-by-step to ensure adherence to quality and predefined goals. • Provide periodic progress reports to management. 5. Ensuring Integration and Quality: • Review content and final products to ensure alignment with project objectives. • Suggest improvements to deliver an innovative and effective learning experience.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required: 1. Educational Background and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-Learning, Digital Design, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in e-learning or content development. 2. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana). • Familiarity with e-learning platforms (LMS) and basics of video design. • Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques. 3. Personal and Managerial Skills: • Strong planning and organizational abilities. • Excellent communication skills to manage multidisciplinary teams. • Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
