This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance the organization's corporate image and reputation. Key Accountabilities:- Support design & implementation of Communications Strategy: Build comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- External Communications: Lead external communication initiatives to improve the organization's reputation and promote its key messages.
- Media Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and establish relationships with key journalists.
- Internal Communication: Develop and implement internal communication programs to keep employees engaged and aligned with the organization's mission and values.
- Brand Management: Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across various communication channels.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for various communication channels.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key collaborators to support the organization's objectives.
- Measurement and Analysis: Track and analyze the efficiency of communication initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
