Cloud Engineer

As a Cloud Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage secure cloud environments while specializing in at least two of the following technologies: Cloudflare, Akamai, ColorTokens, Secure Service Edge (SSE), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Okta, BetterCloud, Wiz, Cisco Duo, Lacework, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Absolute Secure Access, Orca Security. Your role will focus on delivering robust Zero Trust Network Security solutions that support our IT management initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Architecture & Deployment:
  • Design and deploy secure and scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Automate and optimize cloud provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Advanced Security Implementation:
  • Architect and manage Zero Trust Network Security solutions leveraging Secure Service Edge (SSE) and SASE frameworks.
  • Deploy and configure advanced security solutions like Cloudflare, Akamai, ColorTokens, Okta, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
  • Integrate and manage cloud-native security tools like Wiz, Lacework, and Orca Security to protect workloads and data.
• Identity & Access Management:
  • Implement robust IAM solutions using Okta or similar technologies to secure user and device access.
  • Manage endpoint security and remote access tools such as Absolute Secure Access and Cisco Duo.
• Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Continuously monitor cloud performance, security, and compliance using tools like BetterCloud and Lacework.
  • Optimize cloud environments for cost efficiency and performance while maintaining top-tier security.
• Collaboration & Support:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and integrate cloud security solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for cloud and security infrastructure issues.
• Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated on emerging Zero Trust, cloud security, and advanced threat protection technologies.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering.
• Experience designing and deploying secure and scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in automating and optimizing cloud provisioning and management using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Expertise in architecting and managing Zero Trust Network Security solutions leveraging Secure Service Edge (SSE) and SASE frameworks.
• Hands-on experience deploying and configuring security solutions like Cloudflare, Akamai, ColorTokens, Okta, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
• Experience integrating and managing cloud-native security tools such as Wiz, Lacework, and Orca Security to protect workloads and data.
• Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), including implementing solutions with Okta or similar technologies.
• Experience managing endpoint security and remote access tools like Absolute Secure Access and Cisco Duo.
• Proficiency in monitoring cloud performance, security, and compliance using tools like BetterCloud and Lacework..
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
