Assistant Sales Manager

We are hiring an Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager— Export Sales Operations with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in international trade operations. The desired candidate will manage the end-to-end operations of export sales processes. This includes handling customer inquiries, managing international shipments, ensuring smooth communication between various departments, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. The position is going to be based in our corporate headquarters in Gurgaon, Haryana – Delhi | NCR, India. Candidates from other places can apply but should be open to relocating to Gurugram, Delhi | NCR. Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle and process export orders from initial inquiry through to final delivery.
• Ensure the accuracy of export documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading).
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• with international customers to provide timely updates regarding order status, shipping schedules, and any changes to delivery timelines.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers regarding their export orders.
• Ensure all export documentation complies with both local and international trade regulations and policies.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction and suggest improvements in service or product offerings.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in export sales operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of export documentation, international shipping procedures, and customs clearance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
