Job Description

At Your Parts, we’re always looking to strengthen the organization by adding the best available people to our staff. We’re seeking a talent acquisition specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, two or three years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand and culture through various platforms and recruitment events.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to attract top talent.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (LinkedIn & Wuzzuf)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
