- Coordinate the onboarding + hiring process for our clients
- Oversee the creation of applications / interview questions that align with the role to ensure alignment with client’s recruiting needs; provide guidance and improved questions to the team, as needed
- Conducting final vetting of candidates before endorsing them to the client, ensuring the team has completed our process for vetting thoroughly; ensuring the right calls have been made to confirm each candidate meets the requirements of the position and will be a good cultural fit for the client
- Conducting prelim interviews and final interviews for internal roles and client roles
- Providing support in headhunting efforts to source top-tier marketing talent for our clients’ roles, as needed
- Finalizing test projects and job descriptions to ensure alignment with the client's qualifications
- Facilitating client onboarding calls and sending onboarding call recaps
- Conducting role debriefs with the team for newly onboarded client
- Conduct preliminary interviews to screen potential candidates.
- At least 5-7 years working on a marketing team, and at least 2 years’ experience at the marketing manager, marketing project manager, or director level
- 2 years of experience recruiting for marketing teams
- Conducting Preliminary Interviews
- Headhunting using sourcing platforms
- Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
- Excellent English skills communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom
- Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
- Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed
