Benefits: S$3,700 basic 5.5 working days Starting AL 16 days till 21 days Job Description: This is a full-time role for a Warehouse Executive located in the Toh Guan East (behind IMM) . Our client is the leading manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools, and MRO items. You will be responsible for ensuring timely order fulfilment by managing daily operations, planning staff tasks, and handling overtime. You will conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and physical stock. Efficient storage management and communication with other departments, like Finance, are essential to meet business needs. Safety compliance, including hazard identification and procedure improvements, is prioritized. The role also involves submitting weekly inventory reports, investigating discrepancies, and reporting stock adjustments as necessary.
