Music Partnerships Program Manager

Salt is hiring a ‘Music Partnerships Program Manager’ who is passionate about the changing music ecosystem, technology and connecting people through social media, the mobile ecosystem and business strategy. This role will collaborate with Music Label Partnerships and Content Marketing teams to ensure coordinated and best-in-class program opportunities for our partners. This is a contractual position based in Singapore. Responsibilities: Partner with Music Labels Partnerships teams to ensure a comprehensive music strategy that supports our efforts to connect the global community. Drive communication, education, data management, performance and reporting across partnerships programs. Remain as a source of insights as it pertains to the development and performance of programs. Elaborate case studies and other education materials to support internal and external parties. Support the Strategic Partnerships Managers in the planning, execution and measurement of the programs with local and regional labels in APAC and EMEA. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in the music industry, including in a program management, project management, partner management, operations or equivalent function. BA/BS degree in marketing, communication, cultural management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in music partnerships and program management for global organizations. Experience in commercial leadership with business development and operational experience with technology companies. Experience with digital business models and technology. Music industry experience, including understanding of web and mobile technologies impact on content distribution globally. Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment.
