Job details
Job Descriptions: Conduct regular checks to ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards. Carry out minor repairs and troubleshooting works. Attend to tenants’ requests for maintenance-related matters. Able to carry out works (e.g., painting, carpentry work, etc.) when necessary. Perform any other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: NTC 2/3 or NITEC in Mechanical, Electric, or Building. Computer skills in MS Word and Excel. At least 1 year of relevant working experience in maintenance of M & E systems and building facilities and implementing improvement works.
