Junior Business Development Manager
Job details
Business Development and Sales Develop and commit to a yearly business plan including revenue, gross margin and KPI targets. Take the needed business development actions to reach the revenue objectives. Report progress with respect to the business plan. Account Management Act as single first-line point of contact for a subset of accounts within the business unit. Collaborate with other Nd business units in contact with the same accounts in other regions. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with these accounts. Keep the accounts informed of Nd products and services offerings. Identify and react to new opportunities within these accounts. Talent Acquisition & Team Management Collaborate with the HR team to build and maintain a network of high potential candidates to achieve the yearly growth objectives. Manage a team of consultants including Nd/client onboarding, career planning and progression, project follow-up, mentoring and coaching, yearly evaluations. Qualifications Bachelor of Sciences in Engineering (in pharmaceutical sector is a plus). Entrepreneurial, business development and sales mindset. At least 3 years of sales experience within a relevant position/industry. Leadership and team management skills & experience with excellent team spirit. Organizational skills (time management, priorities management) and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Master of Sciences in Engineering (if possible, in the pharmaceutical sector). Business management training (bachelor or master). #J-18808-Ljbffr
