Hitcheed is looking to hire an Event Project Manager/Executive to join their young and dynamic team. In this opportunity, you’ll work closely with the team to organise, plan, and execute events from small scale to bigger events held at a convention hall. You will also be tasked to learn about back-end operations of online platforms, social media marketing, and front-end liaising with clients. Responsibilities Events Duties and any other events as required and ensure smooth execution to have a successful event Lead, plan, execute, and oversee both event design and production requirements for a variety of events Pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event engagement Oversee project budget and financial aspects of events are managed effectively from planning through to final reconciliation Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between clients, suppliers, and inter-department of sales, design, and operations teams in aligning all stages of event planning and execution Online and mobile marketing activities to drive member acquisition and activity Execute end-to-end event solutions from proposal through to operation of an event Any other duties necessary to ensure successful work engagement Having an interest in Weddings, Interior Design, Kids, or Fitness events is a plus point.
