Overview Keller Executive Search is a leading recruitment agency, and our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wordpress Developer to join their team. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home. Our client is a startup incubator that builds websites that become companies. You will be part of an international team located all over the world, and the working language is English. Description As a Senior Wordpress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Wordpress websites for various clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the websites.
- Design and develop custom Wordpress websites based on client requirements
- Create and modify Wordpress themes and plugins
- Optimize website performance and ensure the websites are responsive and mobile-friendly
- Collaborate with designers to implement visual and interactive elements into the websites
- Implement best practices for website security and data protection
- Perform regular updates and maintenance tasks on existing websites
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Wordpress development
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently on assigned tasks
- Strong proficiency in Wordpress development, including custom theme and plugin development
- Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
- Ability to create clean, efficient, and scalable code
- Familiarity with website security best practices
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on time
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Wordpress Developer
- Experience with popular Wordpress frameworks and page builders, such as Elementor or Divi
- Knowledge of PHP
- Experience with website performance optimization techniques
- Understanding of UX/UI principles for website design
- Experience with website hosting and deployment processes
- Ability to work with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
