Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advertising media, including Print, OOH, and Radio , and be able to develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of Aver Media. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in Print Advertising, OOH Advertising, and Radio Advertising .
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and offering tailored advertising solutions.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, sales) to deliver high-quality campaigns and services to clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep Aver Media ahead of the curve in offering innovative advertising solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals effectively while maximizing profitability.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and outcomes.
Key Requirements:
  • 0 to 4 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Advertising industry , with a focus on Print, OOH, or Radio Advertising .
  • Strong understanding of the advertising landscape and current trends in multiple media formats.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new business opportunities.
Position Opened - 5 Notice Period - 0- 15 days will be Preferred.
