The Company: Beyond Wealth Management Pte Ltd established on 1st July 2022 as a licensed financial adviser, licensed fund manager and exempt insurance broker. We provide financial advice and manage the assets of the mass affluent and high net worth individuals. We also advise corporates on their employee benefits and group insurance. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support our business operations. The Position: Operation Support Executive Key Responsibilities: Operational assistance: Supporting the operations team with various administrative tasks such as preparing client statements, reports, and summaries. This includes maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets for data tracking, reconciliation, and reporting purposes, organizing documents, assisting with data entry, managing client communication records, and supporting other ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow and client service delivery. Accurately enter and update operational data, ensuring information is current and error-free. Maintain and monitor business records: Continuously monitor and maintain day-to-day business records as well as operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and flow of information. Issue resolution: Handle escalated operational issues, provide solutions or workarounds, and collaborate to resolve problems swiftly. Transaction support: Support the processing of client transactions. Ensure that all transactions are executed and accurately reflected according to management guidelines. Documentation management: Maintain and update operational documentation and processes, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as needed to support daily operations and ensure efficiency. Effective communication: Decent written and verbal communication skills for dealing with various internal teams, business partners, and clients. Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, both internally and externally, to achieve operational goals. Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects at once. Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling data, reports, and other critical information. Documentation: Skilled at maintaining organized records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Service mindset: Proactive approach to resolving customer or stakeholder issues, ensuring satisfaction and smooth operational flow. Comfortable working in situations of ambiguity, taking initiative to find solutions. Dedication: Demonstrates commitment and dedication to delivering quality work. Flexibility: Willingness to take on a variety of tasks and adjust work priorities based on operational demands. Accountability: Takes ownership of tasks, ensuring they are done correctly and on schedule. Quantitative Requirements: Working experience: Candidates with limited work experience can apply. Min. Education Level: Diploma or University degree of any discipline. Graduates of Business Studies will be an advantage. Software Skills: Above-average skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are required. Knowledge in editing documents with Adobe Acrobat will be an advantage. Language Proficiencies: Good written and spoken English skills. Proficient in spoken Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
