About the Role
Mission: Drive incremental customer & revenue growth by activating pricing, promotions & packaging levers. Outcomes:- Increase revenue growth by approximately 5% through pricing, promotions, and packaging, while balancing customer satisfaction, competitiveness, and gross margin constraints.
- Run regular promotions to drive incremental new customer acquisition and revenue growth, applying insights across all Sleek geographies (SG, HK, AU, UK). Aim for at least four promotions per year per country, with continuous performance improvements.
- Drive incremental revenue growth within the existing customer base by adjusting pricing and packaging while minimizing the impact on client retention and satisfaction.
- Propose global pricing changes for Sleek services (SG, HK, AU, UK) to achieve strategic objectives. Use data modeling to assess potential impacts on growth and retention, leveraging proven pricing strategies (e.g., cost-plus, competitive, value-based) alongside innovative approaches.
- Lead the project management of new price launches, collaborating with marketing, sales, product, and country teams to ensure high customer awareness and minimal operational disruption.
- Experience in Finance, Strategy, or Pricing (preferably from a top firm or high-growth start-up).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and financial analysis.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
About the interview process
