Responsibilities
- Reporting to the COO who is also a Lawyer, the appointee will be responsible for advising on all legal and regulatory aspects for the Family Office.
- Advising on all legal aspects of transactions, discretionary asset management relations and business projects related to Family Office and assisting with risk management.
- The ideal individual will have legal experience in the family office setting, and/or M&A, and/or private equity, and/or fund investments, and/or government/sovereign investment practice.
- Coordinating and interacting with internal and international stakeholders, audit firms and local and international law firms.
- Advising on corporate governance and compliance with pre-existing and new regulations.
- Analyzing complex legal issues and providing consistent sound judgment to the business while balancing business imperatives with legal risk.
