MEP Manager - Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Manager Infrastructure to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for a large-scale infrastructure project.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the design coordination and implementation of MEP systems for complex infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, structural engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for MEP-related issues.
• Review and approve MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes for all MEP works.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and team members.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in MEP systems for infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP engineering for infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, coordination, and implementation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Excellent project management skills, including contract management and budget control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
