Location:  Goa, India Salary: Salary based on experience & market standards + PF & ESIC Benefits Responsibilities We are seeking EXPERIENCED Senior IT Technicians , with experience in fiber optic network management & FTTH, configuring & troubleshooting networking hardware including core hardware & equipment, including servers, switches & OLTs. Additionally, knowledge in configuring & trouble-shooting computers, computer hardware & LAN networking hardware, including routers, access points & switches.   • 12th class diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associate degree or certification in IT, Networking, or a related field (preferred)
  • Certifications like CCNA (A+ N+) (advantageous)
  Technical Skills:
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with modems, routers, and Wi-Fi CCTV troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ISP support tools and CRM systems
  • Understanding of fiber optics, LAN Networking , or cable internet technologies
  • Ability to diagnose connectivity issues remotely or on-site
  Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
