You will act as their trusted advisor, ensuring tailored, top-tier recommendations and seamless travel planning. This role demands proactivity, precision, and discretion—handling every detail from luxury travel arrangements to bespoke lifestyle requests with effortless excellence. Key Responsibilities

1. Luxury Travel & Lifestyle Management
2. Design and manage exclusive travel experiences, including private jets, five-star accommodations, tailored itineraries, and VIP chauffeur services.
3. Provide high-end concierge services, including restaurant reservations, event access, personal shopping, and bespoke lifestyle experiences.
4. Serve as the go-to travel expert, ensuring exceptional service, seamless execution, and personalized attention to detail.
5. Offer 24/7 support and problem-solving, ensuring clients’ needs are met at all times.

Elite Client Relationship Management

1. Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with UHNW individuals, business leaders, and luxury travelers.
2. Understand and anticipate clients’ lifestyle, preferences, and travel habits to provide highly personalized recommendations.
3. Implement a bespoke client engagement strategy to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.
4. Stay informed on luxury travel trends, exclusive venues, and high-end hospitality offerings to provide the best insights.

Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

1. Expand Almobtaker Travels & Luxevo’s presence by introducing our bespoke services to new high-end clients.
2. Establish strategic collaborations with luxury brands, five-star hotels, fine dining establishments, and event organizers.
3. Work closely with our travel specialists and chauffeur team to curate premium experiences.
4. Develop and present high-end proposals and detailed travel plans that align with our clients’ sophisticated expectations.

Operational Excellence & Service Quality

1. Manage the entire travel booking process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service.
2. Quickly resolve any travel disruptions or client concerns with professionalism and discretion.
3. Utilize cutting-edge CRM and travel technology to enhance client management and service quality.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in luxury travel, lifestyle management, or high-end concierge services.
2. Languages: Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Italian are a plus).
