REMOTE Director of Product Engineering
Job details
Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role (such as Senior Engineering Manager, Principal Engineer, or Lead Engineer). Strong cloud-native experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure. Hands-on expertise in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure automation. Recent experience working with modern full-stack web frameworks (Next.js, React, Node.js, Python, etc.). Proven ability to mentor engineers and contribute to the development of engineering leadership. Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of bridging technical and business discussions. Prior experience collaborating with U.S. stakeholders and distributed teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with multi-tenant SaaS platforms or large-scale cloud architectures. Familiarity with AI-driven applications and agentic SaaS solutions. Experience leading customer-facing technical engagements. Exposure to OpenAPI standards and enterprise security best practices.
