We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations, ensuring seamless hiring and workforce management.   Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: - Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & non-IT roles (Full Stack, MERN, AI/ML, Oracle, SAP, etc.). - Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, and internal talent databases. - Manage employee referrals, internal job postings, and vendor coordination. - Organize campus hiring, job fairs, and industry partnerships to attract top talent. - Maintain and update the candidate database, track applications, and schedule interviews.   Onboarding & Employee Engagement: - Oversee seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition. - Conduct employee induction, engagement programs, and career development sessions. - Track employee attendance, leave management, and performance evaluations. - Plan and execute HR events, team-building activities, and workplace initiatives.   HR Operations & Compliance: - Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and contractual obligations. - Assist in performance appraisals, career growth planning, and conflict resolution. - Manage HR documentation, contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements. - Maintain MIS reports, HR dashboards, and internal communications for workforce tracking. Key Skills & Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and talent management. - Strong IT & tech hiring expertise, especially in staff augmentation and remote teams. - Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, and recruitment platforms. - Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage HR processes, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.   Join Us!
