Job details

Take charge of the planning, coordination, and implementation of various types of projects such as A&A, renovation works, etc. for our client.

  • Assist in preparing and submitting cost estimate proposals, drawings (if required), and advise on any agencies’ requirements for submission to the client.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the projects are completed within budget, timeline, and of high quality.
  • You will assist your supervisor in project master list monitoring for monthly and/or regular updates to the Site Manager and Client.
  • You will be expected to submit regular updates and reports on the status progress of projects, timelines, and targets to your supervisor, as well as to the client.
  • You will need to manage contractor deliverables and advise the client on matters arising from project obstacles, including addressing any challenges.
  • You are required to carry out inspections, verify work completion for the issuance of handover certificates, and certify invoices.
  • You are required to track administrative documentation such as NC letters and authority submissions.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
  • You will assist the client in drafting and preparing the Invitation to Quote and/or Tender documents and the evaluation report, as required.
  • Display good communication and interpersonal skills in coordinating with key stakeholders, ensuring that all relevant parties remain well-informed about project developments.
  • You will need to liaise closely with the appointed consultant and contractors to ensure proper handover and taking over of the project.
Job Requirements: Diploma in Facilities Management or a related field is preferred. 1-2 years of similar working experience is desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
