Assistant Director (Strategic Planning)

You formulate strategies and policies to strengthen the Defence Industry Ecosystem’s ability to support future requirements of MINDEF/SAF amidst an evolving and fast-changing landscape. On this, you perform horizon scanning of emerging threat vectors at the national and global level to identify opportunities and synergies to develop our defence industry. Your challenge lies in understanding complex policy issues, providing sound analysis, highlighting potential trade-offs and articulating considerations to senior management. Minimum Requirements: Tertiary qualification, preferably with 6 years’ work experience in planning and policy formulation. Possession of strong interpersonal, analytical and planning skills.
