Product Analyst Deputy Manager - Lending Jobs Role: Product Analyst - Deputy Manager - Merchant Onboarding Experience: 2 - 5 Years About the Role: The Business Analyst focuses on data, root cause analysis, and dashboarding/reporting to help investigate and analyze product metrics, provide insights, and drive recommendations to improve performance. Expectations/Requirements: Proactively engage with product managers, business stakeholders, and tech team/support to comprehend data requirements. Conduct exploratory data analysis of business processes and ad-hoc data analysis to provide data-driven recommendations and insights. Develop and maintain data visualizations, and create and maintain dashboards and reports. Identify areas for improvement to ensure data quality and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems. Key Skills Required: Ideally have 2+ years experience working on data analytics and business intelligence. Hands-on working skill of SQL, Excel, and one dashboarding tool is a must.
