Human by nature. Fragrance Encapsulation Project and Portfolio Manager - Your future position? Reporting to: Head of Downstream Delivery System Main Responsibilities: Project Management Coordinate to internal client briefs effectively. This includes analyzing requirements, developing innovative fragrance solutions using existing technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally to develop innovative fragrance delivery systems. Prioritize the activities in line with the stakeholders' resources level. Facilitate project reviews, checkpoint meetings and progress to top management. Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to build on the team's skills and abilities. Ensure that full encapsulation projects & portfolio complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Manage day-to-day portfolio activities: list available and updated for all the teams, minimum stock available for business support. Actively support the promotion of the different portfolios. Analyze key performance indicators, assuring alignment with the DS strategy and taking corrective actions if needed. Escalate issues that threaten portfolio and project success. Ensure the continuous improvement of our products, systems and services. Develop and promote new ways of working. Professional experience: 7-9 years of experience in project management within the Fragrance or FMCG industry. Potential in leading a team. Attractive package with benefits.
