Job Description

  1. Oversees the Heartist Accommodation operations, ensuring that the Heartist Accommodation standards and procedures are fully known and followed.
  2. Ensures that all the public areas are inspected as per standards.
  3. Ensures the upkeep of all the public areas in the Accommodation areas, including the entrance.
  4. Maintains appropriate stock levels for the smooth running of the Heartist Accommodation and approves requisitions accordingly.
  5. Ensures that the inventories of linen and other applicable items are done and recorded as scheduled.
  6. Supervises the Pest Control service as per established areas and schedules.
  7. Conducts random inspections of Heartists’ accommodation in the presence of a Security Heartist.
  8. Involved in sustainable development and applies energy and waste management.
  9. Supervises cost control and suggests saving programs.
  10. Supervises and controls Lost and Found and maintains records.
  11. Maintains awareness of all third parties visiting the accommodation and Heartists staying in the accommodation.
  12. Ensures close coordination with the security in charge.
  13. Offers assistance at any time in operations and monitors, highlights, and suggests improvements on any dysfunction.
  14. Ensures proper coverage and supervision of the Heartist Accommodation at all times.
  15. Sets performance targets for all direct subordinates and constantly monitors and increases Heartist productivity.
  16. Ensures and performs proper use of all equipment and property management system, maintaining perfect knowledge of the setups.
  17. Ensures strict control of keys.
  18. Implements and follows up daily checklists.
  19. Respects schedules, terms, and deadlines as agreed with the Management.
  20. Ensures that all Heartists are updated with the latest administrative, organizational, operational, or other changes and news.
  21. Fulfills administrative responsibilities and monitoring activities.
  22. Manages any Heartist’s complaint in a professional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the Heartist’s satisfaction, and recording it.
  23. Calls the Asst. Talent and Culture Manager or the Director of Talent and Culture for advice in serious cases or if an approval is required.
  24. Performs, at least weekly, a routine inspection of all maintenance operational areas (plant rooms) and reports any equipment malfunction to the T&C Department.
  25. Supervises personally all hazardous work and ensures that all safety procedures are strictly observed.
  26. Creates an atmosphere of high morale and a happy working relationship among the Heartists.
  27. Carries out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Asst. Talent and Culture Manager.
