Responsibilities
- Work with subject matter experts to create and update technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and online help.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate technical information to various audiences.
- Use excellent presentation design skills to create visually appealing and effective presentations that communicate complex technical concepts.
- Edit and proofread technical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards and style guides.
- Create and maintain templates, style guides, and other documentation tools to ensure consistency and efficiency in documentation creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and incorporate feedback on technical documentation.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.
- Work with product teams to turn draft content into well-organized, easy-to-read documentation.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated track record of experience in writing technical documentation, supported by examples to share.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and product capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences clearly.
