Job Title: Pastry Chef Location: Al Naeem Mall, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE Company: ENVY Café Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our café team located in Al Naeem Mall, Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of professional pastry experience in the UAE and a passion for crafting high-quality, visually stunning desserts. Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare a variety of high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts to meet café standards.
2. Assist in developing innovative pastry recipes and updating menu offerings.
3. Ensure timely preparation and consistent quality of all pastry items.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workstation at all times.
5. Monitor and manage the inventory of pastry ingredients, ensuring availability and freshness.
6. Train and mentor junior pastry staff to improve skills and efficiency.
7. Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
8. Guarantee consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all pastry products.
9. Collaborate effectively with the Chef in Charge and other kitchen staff.
10. Customize pastry orders to meet guest preferences and special requests.

1. 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a pastry chef in the UAE.
2. Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and baking processes.
3. Creative with an eye for detail in dessert presentation.
4. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
6. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Salary Range: AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month (based on experience).
