Waiter

Be knowledgeable about the food and beverage product being served and answer any questions the guest may have. Deliver exceptional guest service. Answer the questions from guests with knowledge and friendliness. Engage in conversation that promotes our activities and operations. ALWAYS thank the guests at the close of the transaction. To clean agreed designated areas, in accordance with laid-down procedures, morning/evening routines and hygiene requirements. To change table linen as required and ensure dirty or damaged linen is counted and exchanged for clean, usable items. Keep the serving area clean and presentable at all times. Maintain clean workstation at all times and the equipment, following the cleaning procedures. Keep condiment station stocked at all times. Ensure display counters are fully stocked at all times. Ensure all health and safety policies with respect to the safe preparation, storage and service of food and food products. Adhere to guidelines in the proper handling of food. To be totally familiar with the composition of all menu items.

Qualifications:

• High School/College Degree/Diploma Courses related to Food & Beverage, Hospitality.
• Customer service and Good Communication Skills.
• With Pleasing Personality.
• Physically Fit. Ability to carry a tray and run the food and drinks.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of one year’s experience as a Waiter/Waitress / Food and Beverage Server, preferably in the Hospitality.
• Previous experience working in Arabic Restaurants is preferred.
