Business Operations Executive

We are seeking a mature, reliable, helpful, friendly, professional, and positive individual to join our team as a Business Operations Executive. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and creating positive experiences.

• 5 day work week (9am-6pm)
• Willing to enter government initiative program Career Trial for first 3 months
• Potential to convert to Full Time position with a base incremental to $2,500/mth , subject to performance & other requirements

• Assist in managing and organizing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and maintaining calendars
• Expect to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that customers' needs are met
• Process insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
• Provide policy servicing support, including updates, amendments, and renewals.
• Prepare new business quotations and proposals based on client needs and company guidelines.
• Active listening, effective communication, problem-solving, and a friendly and empathetic attitude
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to various situations will be beneficial
• Thorough understanding of the products or services you'll be supporting, as well as the company's policies and procedures
• Flexible work arrangement, including the opportunity for occasional remote work. However, there may be times when it is necessary to be physically present in the office.
