Responsibilities include identifying business development opportunities across service lines and overseeing tax engagements to maximise revenue potential. This position requires collaboration with staff, peers, and partners to deliver tax advisory services to multinational clients both in Singapore and globally. The role also entails leading tax-related engagements, training junior staff, and participating in additional projects as needed. Requirements Candidates should possess a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field, ideally accompanied by a professional qualification recognised by the SCTP. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional or accounting firm, is required, along with familiarity with Singapore tax guidelines. The role demands strong delivery management skills, effective leadership, project management abilities, and analytical capabilities.
