We are on the lookout for a passionate and talented Video Content Producer to join our in-house video editing team. You are to come up with creative ways of showcasing video concepts across pre and post-production and the ability to support all in-house production, advise on creative directions, and handle hardware (camera, lights, sound). In this role, you will play a huge part in the whole production process, including live productions (Webinars, Webcasts) where needed. Creative inputs are always encouraged. You will report to the Head of Video and co-create all video assets, bringing the brand to life across all marketing, creative campaigns, and digital touchpoints internally with our agents and externally to consumers. You will also need to work in tandem with the Marketing Communications and Social Media/Content teams, as well as the wider marketing verticals such as Events, Partnership, and Project Management teams. Job Responsibilities: Work independently as well as in a team for full video production including conceptualisation, scheduling, filming, and post-production. Proven track record of producing video content to a high level (including scripting, producing, and editing). End-to-end shoot production with a good understanding of technical requirements. Manage video post-production, ensuring quality of deliverables by stipulated deadlines. Demonstrable track record of productions in the unscripted space, both long and short form. Possess production skillset in both outdoor and indoor environments, proficient in managing modern video production systems, lighting, sound, and technical software. Proper project archival according to standard procedures. Arrange and organise production and post-production logistics. Research, draft, propose, create, and produce engaging/unique video content related to the company. Work with internal teams and stakeholders to brainstorm fresh and creative video ideas. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Video Production team, and MarComm team to develop creative quality work. Diploma/Degree in Video Production, Mass Communication, Film Studies, Multimedia or related field. At least 2 years of experience working as a video editor in a media/production house or ad/design agency. Experience in handling Camera, Lighting, and Sound. Good knowledge of operating DSLR cameras and smartphone videography. Demonstrated ability to conceptualise creative concepts for video, motion graphics, and animation. Possess hands-on experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects, as well as Capcut. Familiar with all aspects of digital quality and output: aspect ratios, file formats, basic audio, and colour balancing. Adept in operating Sony α digital camera series. A keen eye for aesthetics and design. Excited to learn new tools as well as learn more about video content production. Able to follow given script and guidelines, then produce high-quality results. Able to work autonomously as well as with a team and manage and prioritise workload and timelines. Able to join within a short notice period will be an added advantage.
