Who are we looking for? The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and developing Offshore business in SEA in terms of drilling contractors, SPS OEMs and operators, including the account management of existing customers and identifying new customers for expansion. What will you be doing? Developing new business with the resources the company is providing (technical, commercial). New business means winning new projects from existing customers, converting business from competition to the company, building new customers and promoting new products. Who are You? Possess an engineering degree preferably or of a similar discipline. Initiative and self-driven BDM who has at least 3+ years technical or commercial experience from offshore oil and gas industry. Ability to connect with major subsea equipment manufacturers and oil and gas operators such as TFMC, Onesbusea, Petronas, ENI. What competencies will you need? Sound negotiation skills Perform budgeting and analysis of P&L Conduct cold calls and customer visits or trainings when required Ability to communicate in Bahasa will be an added advantage Ability for short-term travel within the SEA region Competent in use of CRM application (Salesforce) We are Offering...
