M&E Manager [MRT project | Up to $12k Basic]

[Job ID:756026] Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate with consultants on design work for M&E services related to MRT projects. Collaborate with LTA, SWCs, and relevant authorities to develop CCSM and M&E designs. Interpret specifications, compliance requirements, terms and conditions, drawings, and other relevant documents, including obtaining budget approvals from the appropriate authorities. Participate in the planning and technical coordination of M&E services installation work. Supervise and closely liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and the site operations team to facilitate installation work on-site. Coordinate with relevant authorities for design approvals and work permissions. Oversee subcontractors' M&E work, ensuring that it remains on schedule and meets high-quality standards throughout the project. Ensure adherence to construction procedures and safe work practices, guaranteeing that work is executed to acceptable standards of workmanship and meets stringent requirements during site tests and inspections. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: [Must] Minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 2 LTA MRT underground projects after obtaining a tertiary education in related fields, with construction supervision experience of similar scale and complexity.
