LHUB is seeking a proactive and adaptable individual with a passion for driving innovation in digital learning and enterprise transformation in this newly created individual contributor role. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the digital advancement of enterprises in Singapore, playing a pivotal role in their transformation journeys. The successful candidate will lead initiatives such as the Mentorship Support Grant (MSG) scheme and the SkillsFuture Queen Bee program to empower enterprises and professionals through customized digital transformation solutions. Additionally, they will facilitate and monitor the execution of these initiatives, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, and identify funding opportunities from relevant agencies to address gaps and support program accessibility. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, and a strong interest in digital technologies such as AI. A good understanding of SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funding and Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) initiatives is essential to navigate these frameworks and achieve optimal outcomes. The role also requires collaboration with product managers to align learning pathways and ensure product offerings meet evolving enterprise needs. Building partnerships to promote responsible AI practices, staying updated on digital transformation trends, and fostering impactful collaborations with enterprises and stakeholders are critical for success in this role. Responsibilities: Act as a key facilitator, working with partners and stakeholders to oversee the execution and success of enterprise digital transformation initiatives, such as the Mentorship Support Grant (MSG) scheme and the SkillsFuture Queen Bee program. Track the progress and outcomes of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including development teams and business users, to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are completed within the stipulated timeframe and budget. Align product development with enterprise requirements, leveraging insights from transformation initiatives to address evolving skill gaps. Collaborate with the respective product managers to propose tailored learning pathways and ensure relevant product offerings are available to meet transformation needs of enterprises. Establish partnership opportunities with IMDA and relevant associations to ensure responsible AI use through approved governance training programs to members, equipping working professionals with advanced industry-relevant skills while promoting responsible AI practices. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital transformation and apply this knowledge to projects. Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprises and partners, ensuring alignment of objectives and effective communication. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 5 years working in digital transformation, IT business analyst or related roles, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful projects. Candidates without relevant experience should demonstrate a strong interest in ICT-related areas. Strong understanding of digital technologies, such as AI and enterprise software solutions. Ability to assess business processes and devise effective digital solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management skills would be essential, especially with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. Good team player with the ability to navigate complex and dynamic environments to achieve positive outcomes. Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders. Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple priorities effectively. Relevant certifications such as Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Analysis Certification would be advantageous.
