Pilates Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Pilates Manager to lead and grow our new Pilates Reformers program. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing our Pilates program’s business strategy, ensuring a world-class experience for our clients. Responsibilities Pilates Instruction: Teach up to 60 group Reformer Pilates classes per month. Conduct private and semi-private Reformer Pilates sessions as needed. Stay updated on the latest Pilates techniques and trends. Studio Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Reformer Pilates studio, including scheduling, class planning, and equipment maintenance. Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Program Development: Co-develop and implement innovative Pilates programs and workshops to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns to promote Pilates services. Team Leadership: Be involved in the recruitment and hiring of Pilates instructors. Provide ongoing training and development to the Pilates team (where applicable). Foster a positive and supportive team culture. Business Development: Co-identify (with the Business Development Manager) and pursue opportunities to grow the Pilates business, such as corporate partnerships and special events. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Pilates program and make data-driven decisions. Requirements: Accredited and recognized Pilates Matwork and Reformer Instructor certification. Strong track record of teaching group and private Reformer Pilates classes. Experience in developing and implementing successful Pilates programs, or in managing group yoga/fitness programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Passion for Pilates and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
