Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with the team of consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors and external vendors Evaluate, monitor and ensure that progress development is within the project timeline Be involved in selection of materials, bathroom fittings, kitchen appliances and other related items. Involved in the arrangement and preparation of minutes for monthly projects meeting with main con and consultants. Involved in the arrangement, preparation, and submission of monthly progress reports to Management. Keep Superior and/or Management updated on feedback with regard to complaints and other important communications. Involved in supervision of renovation works and coordination with vendors with regard to matters pertaining to execution to ensure quality workmanship standards. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior. Job Requirements: Must have knowledge on government authority processes, master schedule, etc. Minimum 2 years of related experience in project management Strong leadership skills and ability to perform a wide range of duties Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all level of people. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and tight project timeline. Knowledge in interior design; sketch-up, adobe apps are an advantage Willing to travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
