Responsibilities: Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers. Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of assessment, enrolment, scheduling, meetings, complaint management, incident reporting, safety, cleanliness, ad-hoc activities, billing, collections, and overall operational matters. Meet monthly and annual enrolment and retention targets. Collaborate with the Operations Executive to achieve sales targets. Regular meetings with teachers to monitor enrolment, student progress, and retention. Marketing: Support Centre and HQ marketing events, roadshows, and exhibitions to promote the brand and generate leads. Finance: Update and propose changes to operational manuals. Address grievances and propose improvements for staff. Set KPIs for Customer Service Executives. Prepare finance documents for monthly submission. Office Administration and Communication Support: Manage administrative tasks and respond to inquiries through various channels. Support the Manager with day-to-day administrative work.
