IT ASSISTANT Qualifications · Fresh ITE Graduate / IT Diploma with knowledge in design, PHP, CSS, HTML and CMS is a plus. · Maintain hardware and software of in-house systems; · Able to handle Windows/Server administration; · Website and graphics design; · Multi media savvy; · Well versed in MS Office; · Positive attitude · Reporting to IT Administrator Responsibilities 1. Monitor system performance and ensure network, system, and endpoint security 2. Maintain internal applications such as door access , parking, telephony systems 3. Maintain CCTV and WIFI system network 4. Provide end-users and customers remote and onsite technical support, addressing hardware, software, and network issue 5. Track technical support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system 6. Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, floor plan and technical documentation 7. Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time 5.5 day week (excluding public holidays). We have medical & dental benefits, medical leave and annual leave encashment, and also REVENUE sharing. Salary S$1,800 ~ 2,200pm.
