- Perform on-site installation, commission, maintenance, troubleshoot and repair of customers' semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Provide remote assistance for troubleshooting and repair
- Supports Tier 0/1/2 Installation activities
- Builds and maintains customer satisfaction through clear, consistence communication
- Ensure procedures, standards, safety (EHS) and guidelines are followed
- Degree/Diploma with background in Engineering or related discipline
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
