Assistant Manager, Grant Management and Administration, AIO Biomedical Informatics Office (Contract) Job ID: 7778 Job Function: Administration Institution: National University Health System Assistant Manager – Grant Management and Administration Overview We are seeking a grant manager with proven experience to be part of NUHS Group Chief Technology Office that advocates flexible and innovative working culture. The successful candidate will oversee grant/funding opportunities identification, grant management and administration process, ensuring compliance to internal policies and funding regulations and requirements. This role will provide crucial support within GCTO Office securing and managing external and internal funding. Job Responsibilities Research and identify grant/funding opportunities from government and other funding agencies in the field of healthcare and healthcare innovation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including PIs, to support the development, review, and submission of quality grant proposals, grant variation, and reports. Coordinate with grantors, PIs, and project teams in the timely submission of progress reports, claims, and supporting documentation ensuring consistency between narrative and financial reports. Manage pre and post-award grant process, including timelines, budgets, assets, required documentation and records in compliance with internal and grant policies. Review progress of grants to ensure that KPIs, milestones, budget utilization, and reimbursement of funds are on track. Provide first-level financial and grant advisory support to PI and funding agencies. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on all grant-related matters such as WBS/IO creation, budget allocation and tracking, and system updates. Assist in the procurement and manpower hiring aligned with approved allocation and adheres to funding guidelines and requirements. Support audit-related matters ensuring that utilization and information are in compliance with the award and all documentation required is ready and available for audits. Contribute proactively to continuously improve the internal process and best practices. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirements Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized institution, preferably in Administration. Minimum 2 years of experience in grant management and administration. Proven skills and experience in report and proposal development and working with multiple stakeholders. Strong administrative skills and self-motivated with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good analytical and organizational skills. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications, innovation, and trend is a plus. Familiarity and experience working with governmental and healthcare agencies is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
