About This Role
This position requires a highly skilled individual to provide strategic advice to the President on key issues affecting the university. The successful candidate will oversee various departments and ensure seamless operational processes.Main Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient administrative processes and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee finance, human resources, IT, facilities, and purchasing departments.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and collection processes.
- Ensure smooth operation of all facilities, including maintenance and upkeep.
- Oversee all purchases, including materials, supplies, and technology software.
- Manage staff salaries and benefits, adhering to government regulations and university policies.
- Lead personnel operations, including recruitment, contracting, termination, training, and induction programs.
