A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different at IHG, but you will mostly be:

  1. Responsible for the entire credit granting process, bill collection, and the consistent application of a credit policy.
  2. Managing and ensuring that the hotel achieves optimum performance and meets the required credit targets.
  3. Reviewing and assessing existing client accounts periodically and evaluating the worthiness of potential clients to optimize the mix of company sales and bad debt losses.
What we need from you
  1. Similar experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
  2. Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting or Finance with one year in a supervisory role.
  3. Strong organizational skills.
  4. Strong understanding of credit risk management and financial analysis.
  5. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  6. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
