Job Title: Director of Sales & Marketing Location: Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our Sales & Marketing efforts in Bahrain. In this role, you will oversee all Sales & Marketing activities, including promotions and sponsorships, ensuring the department operates efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

• Stay abreast of our resort's offerings, including room types, dining options, conference facilities, and current market rates, providing informed insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Address customer concerns through collaborative channels, working closely with relevant departments for efficient resolution and continuous improvement.
• Develop innovative ideas to enhance guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and service quality, promoting a culture of excellence.
• Closely monitor guest feedback, analyze results, and propose recommendations for resort enhancements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess a degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management, coupled with at least five years of experience in the international luxury hospitality sector. Essential skills include team leadership, coaching, development, recruitment, and alignment within Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
