- Lead the filming of client projects
- Operate & maintain video equipment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Stay current with industry trends & techniques
- Mentor & guide junior videographers/content creators
Key Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field
- Experience in directing on-location and studio shoots
- Prior experience in a media agency or similar environment
- Proven experience as a videographer with a strong portfolio
- Familiar with TikTok & Instagram content types
- Proficiency in video production software and equipment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
