As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. You will ensure exceptional service, maintain food quality standards, manage budgets, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and manage restaurant staff, providing guidance and support.
- Handle POS systems and manage cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Assist in managing the restaurant budget and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Implement, uphold, and enforce policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business strategies.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant management and operations.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and managing cash transactions.
- Strong leadership and employee management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food quality standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
