Job Title: Sales & Logistics Team Leader Reference ID: 36140 Our client is a Japanese entertainment/gaming company. They are currently looking for a Sales & Logistics Team Leader. 【Responsibilities】 Lead and mentor team members to develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, increase revenue and expand market share in both existing and new markets. Work closely with the team to enhance their proficiency and product knowledge, enabling them to sell effectively to our distributors and retailers. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Drive business by identifying new business opportunities, drive growth through identifying and meeting potential clients and building positive relationships. Facilitate clear communication across departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting sales targets. Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands and suggest ways for improvements. Dashboard reporting on sales performance for product line and distributor/region sales through data collection and analysis. Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective delivery of products. Oversee inventory management, and monitor product availability. Coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to resolve any issues and ensure smooth shipping and fulfilment. Generate reports, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, shipments, inventory levels and other logistics-related data. Support in internal and external audits. 【What you will receive】 AWS & Performance Bonus - Bi-annual appraisal & payout (mid-year & end-year). Baby Bonus: 1st child - $1200 e-red-packet via payroll. 【Requirements & Preferences】(Must) Minimum at least a Degree in Business, Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain or any relevant field of study. Has at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a sales or business development role or equivalent. Possess leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Able to travel overseas for business trips when required. Open to working in the warehouse when required. Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events. (Preference) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office software. Experience in playing the Company's TCG.
