Responsibilities we will trust you with: Work with stakeholders to define program goals, scope, and deliverables. Create a program plan with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Gather requirements: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications for OutSystems applications. Translate business requirements and design concepts into technical specifications and user stories. Execute projects: Supervise the execution of OutSystems projects. Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Communicate with stakeholders: Act as the main point of contact for program stakeholders. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and maintain effective communication. Ensure quality: Implement quality control processes, conduct testing, and address any bugs or issues to ensure OutSystems applications meet standards. Manage changes: Handle changes in program scope, requirements, or timeline. Communicate and coordinate approvals with stakeholders for proper implementation. Manage risks: Identify and assess program risks. Develop strategies and contingency plans to minimize their impact on program success. Provide training and support: Coordinate training sessions and workshops for users and stakeholders. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance. Document UI/UX designs, technical configurations, and support procedures. Provide production support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and bug fixes. Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business, or related IT discipline. At least 1-3 years of working experience in software development; experience with OutSystems web and/or mobile projects is advantageous. Working experience in Agile software development and technical practices. Thrive and work well with others in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and results-focused. Ability to deliver thoughtful, accurate, and timely work products. Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to understand complex requirements and think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.
