Assess customers' financial needs through consultations and recommend appropriate financial solutions tailored to their requirements. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication to encourage loyalty. Participate in the company’s customer acquisition and marketing initiatives. Stay up to date with financial products and regulatory knowledge. Update and maintain activity and sales reports. Complete all mandatory training requirements. Take on any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as needed.
