The hiring client is a rapidly scaling e-commerce startup and we are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Country Growth Manager (preferably from a performance marketing background) to spearhead our expansion in the United States . Responsibilities: Own Sales & Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the US market, including budget management, campaign planning, performance tracking, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Leverage data and analytics to inform all marketing decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure ROI across all channels. Deeply understand the US market landscape, including consumer behavior, competitive dynamics, and retail trends. Design a growth plan aligned with our plans vision, focusing on key categories, customer segments, and channels. Collaborate Across Teams closely (e.g., product, sales, customer success) to ensure seamless execution of the US growth strategy. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience with handling growth and performance strategy for any Global Market/Region (preferably US Market Expertise) Performance Marketing Prowess : Extensive experience in performance marketing channels (e.g., paid search, social media advertising, email marketing). Strategic Thinking : The ability to translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans and campaigns. Data-Driven Decision Making : A strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
